Turn a small 65sqm apartment into a spacious and functional home that can grow as the family expands

Our client wanted this old but extremely solid brick home to become a tranquil beach house that maximised the views. With a large family it was important to create separate living spaces while still keeping it open plan.

Adding a granny flat to the unused pool room meant there was even extra space for visitors.
